  3. BioChip ArrayerUsing the BC Array Designer • Left side - represents the procedure tree • Right side - represents the BCA deck

  4. BioChip ArrayerUsing the BC Array Designer • Helpful to split the deck so that different zoom percentages can be used

  8. BioChip ArrayerUsing the BC Array Designer • Adjust zoom so that source wells and destination wells are easily seen • Left mouse button magnifies • Right mouse button demagnifies

  10. BioChip ArrayerUsing the BC Array Designer • Aspirate four wells from source plate and place into wells of destination rack

  13. BioChip ArrayerUsing the BC Array Designer • Aspirate many (in box) wells from source plate and place into wells of destination rack

  16. BioChip ArrayerUsing the BC Array Designer • Drag box of wells from source rack and place in destination rack in desired location • Distinguish replicates by color

  17. BioChip ArrayerUsing the BC Array Designer • To use the Rule based mapping first select a box of wells

  18. BioChip ArrayerUsing the BC Array Designer • Then click Rule based mapping icon in toolbar.

  21. BioChip ArrayerUsing the BC Array Designer • File Test.map has been saved and now can be used in the test to make the array

  22. BioChip ArrayerUsing the BC Array Designer • In BC Table • Create new test • On Rack definition tab use position map • Select Test.map
