    23. Beta Campus Beta Campus Responsibility Perform data validation after application data has been converted to Finance 9.0. The validation process will help CMS verify the data integrity and ensure the completeness of the upgrade process Perform testing on CMS baseline functionality. The testing scope should include all core modules: Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, Asset Management, and Accounts Receivable/Billing Perform testing on CMS baseline modifications. The testing scope will include all reporting, interfaces, and enhancements to processes 22

The documentation review should include but not limited to Design Specifications, BPG’s, Test Scripts, Configuration Guides, etc. Provide resources on any areas that are needed by CMS. The resources include but not limited to subject matter experts, Campus DBA, campus infrastructure network engineer, etc. 23
