Cacerola de tomate, calabaza y cebolla 1 Cucharada de aceite de oliva 2 cucharaditas de ajo picado 3 cebollas pequeňas, en rodajas 1 cucharadita de sal ½ cucharadita de pimienta molida fresca 1 Cucharada de tomillo fresco, orégano y albahaca 1 calabaza mediana, lavada y cortada en rodajas delgadas (1/2 libra) 1 calabaza amarilla mediana, lavada, cortada en rodajas delgadas (1/2 libra) 6 tomates frescos, cortados en rodajas medianas Precaliente el horno a 400 F. Friė cebolla, ajo en una cucharada de aceite, hasta que la cebolla este transluciente y morena. Póngale en el horno, póngale salt y sazón.
