Kenneth Kremsky Was Responsible for Managing All Aspects of the Accounting Department Holding more than 22 years of experience in corporate and field manufacturing, Kenneth Kremsky is focused on helping organizations reduce their costs, thus improving productivity. He helps manufacturing companies produce their products at the lowest possible cost, by reviewing the existing platform and developing strategies that will enable them to realize their core product growth potential and ultimately increase margins. Holding a record of excellence in leveraging the excellent strategies and finance best practices and analytical ability, Kenneth is well versed with improving the profitability and driving long-term company growth by delivering the financial analysis. He is a highly sought after strategic finance executive who has the ability to quickly identify the weaknesses, thus coming up with an effective action plan. Formerly serving as the controller at Kraft Foods Group, Kenneth Kremsky managed all accounting activities for the facility, including preparation of the annual operating budget, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley Compliance and handling both internal and external audits. He was responsible for managing all aspects of the Accounting department including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Production. Currently, Kenneth is working as a consultant for a private equity firm in Pennsylvania. Here, he implements the new ERP accounting software and facilitates A2R process for the acquisition of the company.
