  1. Kennedy Immigration Solutions Pilot projects allow employers in certain provinces and industries to hire foreign nationals for jobs they haven’t been able to fill with local workers.

There are three main categories of a pilot project under an employer can hire foreign nationals for jobs: •Agri food immigration pilot •Atlantic immigration pilot •Rural northern immigration pilot Agri Food Immigration Pilot The Agri-Food Immigration Pilot was created to help employers in Canada’s agri-food sector hire temporary foreign workers by facilitating their permanent residence in Canada. Atlantic Immigration Pilot

The Atlantic Immigration Pilot is for skilled workers and professionals from around the world who want to immigrate to Canada permanently and can potentially fill skilled worker shortages in the Atlantic Canada region. Rural & Northern Immigration Pilot The Rural & Immigration Pilot is for skilled workers and professionals from around the world. The RNIP is employer-driven; applicants must have an offer of employment from an employer in a participating community in order to apply.
