Currently we are seen as • Old, slow, plodding, sleeping, large Elephant/horse/dog/cat • Boring, head in sand, living in a shell, moving slowly, rarely seen, distant, cold, often unseen, , pompous, shy, remote from diocese, head in the clouds, has to change for different audiences, slow at advertising, dates are not always right, unwelcoming, • Waking up out of hibernation, what is its purpose, large, slow to change, not very outward looking, sleeping, dark, dying out, unhappy state, short sighted, all things to some people, unwilling to evolve, bleak future. • Proclaiming the good news, working hard to unite diocese, welcoming and caring, kind and tender, proud, beaming, showy, held with affection
