Partner Compensation Levels Cont... • District Leader Level • 45% Base Commission • 5% override on Sr. Representatives and 10% override on Representatives. • Eligible for rewards • Must have one Sr. Representative in your Base Shop • Must have $2,500 in weighted premium in one month • Division Leader Level • 50% Base Commission • Override = 5% on Dist. Leaders, 10% on Sr. Reps, and 20% on Reps • Eligible for rewards • Must have one Division Leader in your Base Shop • Must have $5,000 in weighted premium in one month 3

Leaders, 20% on Sr. Reps, and 30% on Reps. • Eligible for rewards • Must have Two Division Leaders in your Base Shop • Must have $7,500 in weighted premium in one month • Sales Vice President Level • 80% Base Commission, Generational Overrides • Override = 20% on Reg. Leaders, 30% on Div. Leaders, 35% on Dist. Leaders, 40% on Sr. Reps, and 50% on Reps • Eligible for rewards, 2% *Profit Sharing Pool, and 2% *Ownership Pool • Must have six Division Leaders and one Regional Leader in your Base Shop • Must have $20,000 in weighted premium in two month period • Must have acceptable persistency, completed SVP agreement, Office, and be Full Time • Must Provide up-line with Replacement Leg - Choice of 1 Reg. Leader, 2 Div. Leaders or 3 Dist. Leaders * Based on Production 4

Leaders, 43% on Sr. Reps, and 53% on Reps • Eligible for rewards, 3% *Profit Sharing Pool, and 3% *Ownership Pool • Must have 3 first generation SVP’s or Higher • Have $50,000 in weighted premium, Max 25% credit per leg, Max from Base Shop 50% • Must have minimum of $10,000 in weighted premium from Base Shop • Pre-Qualify the previous month with at least 75% of requirements. • Must have acceptable persistency, completed EVP agreement, Office, and be Full Time * Based on Production 5

Leaders, 46% on Sr. Reps, and 56% on Reps • Eligible for rewards, 5% *Profit Sharing Pool, and 5% *Ownership Pool • Must have 6 first generation SVP’s or Higher • Have $150,000 in weighted premium, Max 25% credit per leg, Max from Base Shop 50% • Must have minimum of $20,000 in weighted premium from Base Shop • Pre-Qualify the previous month with at least 75% of requirements. • Must have acceptable persistency, completed SEVP agreement, Office, and be Full Time * Based on Production 6

Leaders, 52% on Sr. Reps, and 62% on Reps • Eligible for rewards, 10% *Profit Sharing Pool, and 10% *Ownership Pool • Must have 6 first generation SVP’s or Higher • Have $450,000 in weighted premium, Max 25% credit per leg, Max from Base Shop 50% • Must have minimum of $40,000 in weighted premium from Base Shop • Pre-Qualify the previous month with at least 75% of requirements. • Must have acceptable persistency, completed ENVP agreement, Office, and be Full Time * Based on Production 7
