  2. Emergency Medicine Goal 1 – Bill 85,000 patient visits per year. Objective: To capture patient charges for all patients seen in the ECC including PACe. Significantly decrease the volume of missing charges.

  3. Challenges • No electronic medical records • No electronic tracking system • Difficulty reconciling Grady patient number with EMCF volume
