My Day At School

My Day At School. Mrs. Haynes PreK class, August 2012. I start my school day by eating breakfast with my friends. I hold my butterfly when we walk to class, and every time we are walking in the hallway. I put my back pack in my cubbie , then go to my circle chair.

  1. My Day At School Mrs. Haynes PreK class, August 2012

  2. I start my school day by eating breakfast with my friends.

  3. I hold my butterfly when we walk to class, and every time we are walking in the hallway.

  4. I put my back pack in my cubbie, then go to my circle chair.

  5. Circle time is when I say hello to my teachers and friends, and we talk about what we are going to learn in school. We sing songs and play games. Sometimes I get to pick a song!

  6. I find my chair at the table during table time and sit with my school family. I listen and do my best at the table.

  7. I listen to my teacher read stories, and look at the pictures in the book.

  8. I go to small groups.

  9. I go to lunch and sit in my seat while I eat my lunch. This helps me be safe and grow strong!

  10. I play outside with my friends. Sometimes we go to the playground, other times we go to the tricycle area.

  11. I have fun picking a center to play in with my friends!

  12. I sing and play with my school family during music time. Sometimes I get to play instruments!

  13. I have a snack and then I rest quietly on my mat at nap time

  14. When I get up, it’s time to go potty and then get my backpack. My teachers play quietly with me while I wait for all of my friends to be ready to go home.

  15. I say ‘bye’ to my friends and teachers. I am an important part of my school family!!!
