SISMER Scientific Information System for the Sea SISMER is a service of IFREMER, the French main oceanographic research institute, with the mission of managing the data and meta-data collected in national and international programmes. It is the French National Oceanographic Data Centre for international exchange (IODE) in the frame of the Intergovermental Oceanographic Commission (IOC).
