  4. Shows last years donation. If never donated, items would be “0” If you hit “Save” before selecting charities, all donations will be assigned to “undesignated”.

  5. Add charities to cart. Search for more charities, simply repeat search steps.

  6. Insert donation amounts. Does the math for you.

  7. Must supply e-mail, phone & Agency for CFC records.

  8. Donor can choose to allow their name/info released to the charities. Also a section asking if donor wants thank you gift.

  9. Review donation Must confirm “Yes” or “No” “No” allows donor to make changes.

  10. Review PDF for print, or have info sent to your e-mail.

  11. EEX ONLINE GIVINGCFC Reporting If you have ONLINE DONORS: • EEX - CFC will alert you of online donations (weekly) • EEX - There is a box for donors who want their thank you gift • EEX - No donor form is needed if donor gives via EEX (goes directly to payroll)
