  1. What are my gifts? A Prayer Reflection

  2. Call to Prayer From the depths of my being, As I grow toward wholeness, I feel the comfort of God’s company.

  3. Listening to God’s Word God speaks to me through the Word. I listen with my heart and my mind. Read the text a few times, then listen. 1 Corinthians 12:4-11 Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of services, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who activates all of them in everyone. To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. To one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another the discernment of spirits, to another various of kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. All these are activated by one and the same Spirit, who allots to each one individually just as the Spirit chooses. (NRSV)

  4. Responding to God’s Word What are you saying to me, Lord? What are you calling me to do?

  5. Called to Action I imagine you here, Jesus, right next to me. I share my thoughts, feelings, and questions with you. How can my faith in you grow? How am I your hope for the world? How can I bring your love to others?

  6. Closing Prayer Thank you, Lord, for loving me without condition and for your many blessings. Help me become the person you are calling me to be. AMEN!
