  1. Integrating Technology Enhanced Assessment MethodsStudent Progress Dashboard Project Objective To integrate student engagement and performance data into a Student Progress Dashboard. The Dashboard will provide timely, holistic reports for each student and their personal tutor (or equivalent) about the student’s engagement/performance on all the modules he/she is studying Student focus feedback • Staff pilot feedback • Welcomed the potential to view student overall progress to provide opportunities for student support • Importance of currency of data and ease of access - ? Exception reporting possible • Importance of links to other information systems to provide overall profile of student engagement • Level of access needs to be agreed • Staff training and education needs It is good competition – we all want to perform well Review my academic performance and engagement at a glance This would be a motivator to learn more Design principles have been developed that encompass the most important issues raised by students and staff • The future • School projects to increase awareness • Student pilot evaluation • Project rollout during Academic year 2013/14 ITEAM Team: Jon Alltree, Julie Vuolo, Janet Webber, Francesca Entwistle, Liz Gormley-Fleming, Fang Lou, Theo Tsangaris
