  3. Student Leadership Camp Four day strengths-based leadership camp 22 schools represented 56 youth participated, grades 7th-12th All youth completed “Gallup, Inc. Strengths Finder 2.0” assessment

  4. Student Leadership Camp 82% of camp students expressed having stronger leadership skills. 78% of camp students expressed greater confidence in leadership skills. 98% of camp students expressed a belief that strengths can be used to make school a better place.

Student Leadership Camp “I wanted to strengthen my leadership skills before my upcoming school year so that I am prepared.” “To learn how to become a leader and not a follower.” “To better my leadership skills, gain a relationship with them, and also gain strategies on how to make the year great” “I wanted to learn more about my strengths and become a better leader.”
