PTA Fifth Grade Committee Presents Tiger Schulmann Mixed Martial Arts Classes at Lawrence Brook School Join instructors from Tiger Schulmann after school When: Each Monday from January 14 through February 11, 2013, 3:30 – 4:30pm Where: Lawrence Brook Gymnasium Who: Lessons are open to Lawrence Brook Students only, ages 5 and up Cost: $25.00 per child (includes 5 one hour lessons) To register your child, please complete the permission slip below and return it to school with your payment by January 4th, 2013 in an envelope marked “PTA Tiger Schulmann”. **No refunds will be given. **If the permission slip is not returned, your child WILL NOT be allowed to participate! Students should dress comfortably and wear sneakers on lesson days. No additional reminders will be sent home, so please mark your calendars! Questions?
