Driver’s Permit forms • Also known as Certification of Compulsory School Attendance • Sign up in the guidance office • Allow 24 hours • Check for grades and attendance • Must pass 3 of 4 subjects in the last grade term • Must have acceptable attendance – according to state guidelines • No permit forms will be given during the summer

  21. Driver’s License Driving test is no longer given on a walk-in basis. You must call and make an appointment at the TN license testing center @ 457-3958.
