Assessing msc assignment

1. English presentation skill: verbal & written

2. Structured, stepwise problem analysis – problem segmentation

(what – where – when – who / how – why)

3. Data collection

(observation, structured interview, dedicated questionnaire, written sources, physical measurements)

4. Data mining or collection  Information  knowledge

5. Risk assessment – risk analysis – distributing & managing risks

6. Choosing between interventions – reproducibility of results – hypothesis & theory

(data collection + statistics)

7. Assessing probability of failure and success

(statistics)

8. Quantifying failure consequences & their probability

(statistics)

9. Why will this design / process succeed? How to know when & where?

10. When or where will this design / process fail? How to know why?
