What personal goals can you set that you are willing to work for to accomplish by next May?   2. Goals and Expectations Assignment This is the first sample I have of your writing. Please do the best you can and think about the questions before responding. Try to be specific and set your expectations and goals for yourself high but reachable. PROMPT: You are now in 8th grade, a year for changes, fun, and growth. When you look forward to the next 10 months what do you foresee happening in your life? Write out your personal goals and expectations for this year in a business letter addressed to me. Your response in the body of your letter needs to be at least 3 paragraphs in length.

  3. Business Letter Format Heading – contains your street address, city, state, zip code and date Greeting/Salutation – recipient’s name or general greeting Body – content of your letter Closing – “Sincerely” or “Yours Truly” Signature – your name in cursive Name-typed

  4. Letter Envelop Format Format of Envelope: Top Left Hand Corner – Sender’s address with Name (first & last), street address, city, state, zip code Middle Center – Recipient’s Name and complete Address
