  4. HPT Peer Coaching Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Each person shares about their team. Brainstorm specific behaviors, actions, tasks, etc. this team can take to address unresolved behaviors to move to the next stage Ensure each person gets to share and receives peer coaching. Flip chart ideas. Find 2 other people who's team is in the same stage as your team

  5. Commitment & Evaluation Draw a star on the model beside the 1 behavior you will commit to doing this week with your team. Snap a picture of the flipchart listing the most relevant behaviors that will help you reach this commitment.
