  3. Weekly Homeroom Schedule • Monday: Tutoring time; Library • Tuesday: “Connections” • Wednesday: PSSA Writing prompts; Library • Thursday: Tutoring time; Organization; Library • Friday: Drop Everything And Read (DEAR)

  4. Excuses, Excuses, Excuses • Please send an excuse the first day after your child is absent. It should include a first and last name, the date, homeroom number, and the reason for the absence. • Vacation forms are available in the office. • Check your child’s Planner daily. • Log onto the Cougar team website for more information. (http://www.svsd.net/domain/766) • The team sends a weekly update by email each Monday.

  5. "A. C. T." to be Bully-Free 1.  I will not bully others. 2.  I will help others who are being bullied. 3.  I will include other students who are left out. 4. I will tell an adult when I see someone bullying.

Fall Dance: October 17 Main Event: November 10 Musical: November 14 Parent Volunteers for Light of Life Mission: We will go the 2nd Tuesday of every month. 2nd Semester: We will pack lunches for the homeless shelter after school on a Friday. Field Trip: We will go on a field trip to Pittsburgh in May.
