  3. Incentive Models A.Daily Points A majority vote by the group that a person has performed well earns a point. If promised work is not completed,points are withheld Points are accumulated to purchase something B.Cotchas(is short for “Caught You Doing Something Good”) separate incentive model Judge by Dad ,Mom,or each other children Positive behaviorget points Negative behaviortake away Cotchas(in an envelope) *20 points  redeem a family activity ex:trip,picnic,or fish

Weekly Family Planning Meeting Prepare the work for the next week Reduced the number of “run-time surprises” Allow any voice in planning process *meeting(3 distinct phases) 1.Retrospective 2.Allowance(Give,Invest,Spend)(just like compay) 3.Planning

Processing Models A.Continuous Flow for Parents “Promised” queue( limited 3 items ,each one 2 days) is made break a big task to many small tasks to fit a day explain to kids public to-do list(daily stand up meeting help remind parents) B.Iterative for Children weekly rotation of shared tasks and *individual taskschek the boards peiodically throughout the day each iteration let children to learn *something

  8. Conclusions Incentive is more important. it let kids become less fearful of changes and generate ideas for changes. The process must always be open for change. Different kinds of children with diferent situations grumpy pre-teen need more time to do punitive pushups than sharing

  10. 西方記數的方法 Incentive Models A.Daily Points 對每個人投票表決是否得到點數 答應的事情沒做到 則沒有點數 累積到一定點數可以換獎品(書) B.Cotchas(is short for “Caught You Doing Something Good”) 另外的獎勵方法 父母可以直接對小孩作獎懲(得到或失去點數) 小孩也可以互相作獎懲 當累積一定點數可以換取選取的家庭活動(釣魚 郊遊 野餐)

  14. Processing Models A.Continuous Flow for Parents訂定答應的工作排成(最多三個,每個最多兩天)將大的工作切割成小的工作解釋工作給小孩將工作公布在板子上 B.Iterative for Children共同的工作輪替每天固定檢察版子學會如何分配時間

  15. Conclusion 獎勵是必要的小孩不會害怕改變,而且會有想法面對改變 接受任何的改變不同的小孩用不同的方式教頑皮的小孩要花更多時間教
