  11. Uso de los recursos Los recursos recibidos por el PMM podrán ser destinados a cualquier actividad o proyecto enmarcado dentro de las áreas programáticas del programa. Por Acuerdo de Concejo Municipal dichos recursos podrán destinarse a otras actividades y proyectos que la Municipalidad considere prioritarios, siempre que ello no perjudique el cumplimiento de las metas del PMM. Los recursos recibidos por el PI serán destinados a acciones enmarcadas dentro de los objetivos del Plan, tomando en cuenta que prioritariamente deberán destinarse a inversiones y mantenimiento de infraestructura.

Orientaciones para el gasto de recursos SIMPLIFICACIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA DE TRÁMITES Promover y facilitar las actividades que logren reducción de pasos innecesarios y de costos en los trámites INVERSIÓN EN CAPITAL FÍSICO Y HUMANO Contribuir a asegurar la provisión de servicios de salud en el primer nivel de atención y educación básica. Asimismo, promover la inversión de infraestructura: (i) en agua, desagüe y de saneamiento, (ii) energética (electrificación y energía), (iii) de redes (infraestructura vial y de comunicaciones -telefonía fija, móvil e internet) 1 3 MANTENIMIENTO DE INFRAESTRUCTURA Y PROVISIÓN DE SERVICIOS PÚBLICOS Garantizar el mantenimiento y operación de las inversiones realizadas, así como proveer con un nivel de calidad mínimo, los servicios de limpieza pública y disposición final de residuos sólidos, así como los servicios de seguridad ciudadana AUTOSOSTENIBILIDAD FISCAL Y FINANCIERAPromover el aumento de la recaudación de los impuestos municipales y la mejora de su gestión mediante el desarrollo de campañas de orientación, así como acciones de control y fiscalización de pago tributario 4 2
