  3. On Station Computeri.e. Broadcast Studio Scheduler • Whatever scheduling software the station uses (WTF?) • VLC Media Player

  4. Livebroadcaster.mp3 • Open it • When you start remote programme, this overwrites Livebroadcaster.mp3 • It isn’t broadcasting yet • Oh no • It’s just depositing an mp3 file into your drive

  5. This file can be played like any other audio file! • It’s true! • It needs to be buffered a bit, which is why you give yourself a bit of a run up • Say 60 secs. • Although John thinks that’s more than enough. • We’ll get back to you on the minimum safe buffering time per hour of remote operation. • Thank you for your patience.

  6. Stop the current audio programme • Or it’ll sound awful • Then start Livebroadcaster.mp3 • Bob’s your uncle
