  9. Transferring-, Gripper Handling UME: Transferring-/ Unloading Unit: Coming from the soldering process the boards have to be seperated from the lead frames. The frames will be lifted and tranferred back to the UBE by a return conveyor on the lower level to be loaded again. The separated PCB will be moved on a flatbelt segment and defined on the fixed rail to be moved further in the process. This conveyoring could be on a transport height of 850mm or 950mm, as this station is equipped with a lifting axis in order to handle every possible transport height after this process.

  11. Transferring-, Gripper Handling Detailed view: Separating unit The lead frame is positioned right above the separating unit to enable the station to push the PCB out of the frame by a pneumatical Z-move. The frame is going to be lifted down and handed over to the return conveyor.
