If so, why not join ...The Global Coalition for Sustained Excellence in Food & Health Protection campaign A growing coalition that values and recognizes the importance of fruitful dialogue and collective engagement concerning Food and Health Protection.

  4. Why We Exist… The Global Coalition of Sustained Excellence in Food & Health Protection is a global campaign dedicated to the following objectives: • protection of public health • production of sufficient and safe food, pharmaceuticals and other health-related products • preservation of food freshness • prevention of wastage • provision of equitable and efficient distribution of products • promotion of regulatory compliance and • encouragement of social responsibility and the maintenance of environmental sustainability.

  5. Mission The GCSE – Food and Health Protection Campaign seeks to promote practical approaches and commitment to food and health protection as well as encourage self-motivation, active engagement, accountability, collaboration and friendly scrutiny through assessments by selected international panellists andconsumers.

  6. The GCSE-FHP International campaign encourages the following approaches to support individual and collaborative success.

Our International membership representation includes - • Organisations: • - conducting any business or activity that ensures product safety - providing employment or consumer education • - participating in a third party certification or assessment programs • - that provide safeguards for public safety and security • Producers/ processors/ Food or product safety assessors: • -Companies / individuals involved in the delivery of food or health products or services • Educational institutions: • - offering programs pertaining to food and health • Charitable organisations: • -or organizations that support social or charitable causes • Food or health products consumer or customers: • - Individuals or organisations engaging in environmental protection through energy conservation, material recycling, pollution control or any related involvement

  10. GCSE-FHP Membership Membership is free and open to anyone interested in the cause to support food and health protection. Membership Model There are three membership levels to choose from: • Member • Panellist • Sponsor

  11. Member: Regular membership status. Panellist: • This is an individual member selected to serve on a panel that evaluates submissions from members. • To qualify as a Panellist, the candidate must have related educational background, professional certification and/or several years of experience as systems and programs manager, coordinator, trainer, auditor or assessor. Sponsor: • Organizations and individuals who may wish to make voluntary contributions to sponsor certain programs or specific campaigns. Such sponsor organizations will have the opportunity to promote their sponsored projects, work, products, services, etc. • Charitable organizations are automatically certified as sponsors.
