SCOTTISH BAKERS STRATEGY A Record Year Created a Subsidiary Company “National Bakery Training” and became the Official Training Partners of the Northern Ireland Bakery Council and the National Association of Master Bakers Reviewed our Strategy and we are currently developing the first ever Manifesto for Scottish Bakers Developed a New Website and Services for our Members Re-Established the 40 Group and set up a study tour of Bakeries in England. 15 Months Company Year Turnover £1.8M Net Profit £130,000

On the Job Learning & Assessment Assessment Process and Delivery Appropriate Qualification for each candidate identified Dedicated Training Advisor assigned by Scottish Bakers Individual Training Plan drawn up and the units for delivery agreed Each candidate receives regular visits from his dedicated advisor, usually every 4 weeks. These visits are focused on daily tasks introducing a Best Practise approach to your workforce. As such a level 2 can be completed within 6 to 9 months and a level 3 within 9 to 12 months.
