  10. Enrollments Daily Enrollment Tracking • Purpose – Track daily enrollments by SCH, FTE, level, college and department • Tracking of course section enrollments and capacities • OIPR web site updated daily http://www.ir.ufl.edu/enrollmanagement.htm

  11. Enrollments The Enrollment Cube • Purpose – Provide easy access to historical data on SCH and FTE • Two versions of cube: 2002 to 2009 and Post 2009 • The Post 2009 cube is in beta test now • Official data based on State University System files

Student Success Student Flow System • Purpose – Identify patterns of retention and graduation of students • Study impacts of preparation, performance, demographic and financial factors • Support – advising, admissions, enrollment management • Strengthen enrollment projection – more detailed models

Student Success Student Flow Early Version • Annual data for first-time-in-college student cohorts, beginning in 1996 • Regression models for graduation, time to degree, credits at degree, and GPA at degree • Descriptive information on graduation cohorts at 4, 5, 6, and 8 years – with college breakdowns • Demo

  16. Student Success New Version of Student Flow • Term-based – to allow more timely data and differentiate new cohorts – Summer/Fall vs. Spring/Summer • Track by college/major • Add new data – STEM, FOS, Gateway courses • Strengthen enrollment projections by incorporating findings into models
