Achieving Spatial Coordination Through BIM • Spatial Coordination • The goal of the spatial coordination process in construction is: • The integration of physical objects, components, and systems into the architectural spaces allocated in the contract documents. • BIM = Building Information Modeling • Presents an opportunity to perform spatial coordination with a greater degree of accuracy and collaboration.
