  4. General Principals • Online applications & payment claim • Investment super ceiling of €80,000 per holding (€40,000 for LESS is independent of this €80,000) • Farm partnerships (increase ceiling) • Non Less- €160k • Less - €60k • Budget divided into Tranche, every three months

NB- Who is the applicant • Name & details on the top of screen • If not correct, contact the Department • Applicant must be the farmer, minimal area in BPS etc. • Can be Company, Individual , Partnership • Applicants name must appear on receipts and bank account • Applicant must own / lease the site • Cannot be a company or contacting business associated with applicant

  24. Investment Ceiling • €80,000 per applicant • Partnership - investment * 2 (€160,000) however % grant rate depends of partners eligibility • LESS ceiling independent (€40,000 or €60,000) • Applicant can apply under YFCIS once eligible and investment balance available
