  3. 1957 - Golda Meir’s personal commitment to international cooperation led to the creation of Israel’s Center for International Cooperation, MASHAV 1958 - Israel launched one of the world’s first development cooperation programs in Africa To date, almost 200,000 participants trained in MASHAV courses in Israel and abroad MASHAV - The Beginning
