  1. The Benedict House Accessibility Project Accessible Parking for Persons With Disabilities Melinda Tarter, Sebastian Escotet, Ginger Gronski, Wally McGann (from left to right) Team 1

  2. Our task was to create parking spaces for persons with disabilities closest to the accessible entrance.

  3. Part of the task also consisted on creating an efficient-“green” accessible parking space at a very low cost

  4. One of the costumer needs was to build at least one VAN accessible parking space

  5. Our needs-metrics matrix consisted on

  6. Our solution consisted in building two (2) adjecent accessible parking spaces

  7. One of the benefits of this solution is that the Beecher and Benedict house will both increase their accessibility

  8. The cost summary of our project will be equivalent to 4,726.39 USD
