We would also like to help you develop good solid lifelong health habits. COMPLICATIONS OF OBESITY

U of M Students • Core Participant will have: Body mass index (BMI) greater than 25  • Others may participate with BMI within 20 – 25 range for increased fitness • Suggest ways to reclaim a healthier BMI range • Nutritional support • SHS Graduate Assistants (G.A.s) • Nutrition Department  • Exercise • Health and Sport Sciences Department • Student Recreation and Fitness Center (CRIS) • SHS Graduate Assistants • Behavioral support • Psychological Counseling Unit • Psychology Department  • Continued monitoring (time intervals to be individual) • Resources for lifelong assistance • Community • Internet Tigers feel great in ‘08 Program
