18. 2.5 Supporting infrastructure • Power supply: Power is supplied to the zone from the East china Grid as well as from other power plants. Frequency of power supply: 50HZ±0.2HZ. If the user requires capacity of less than 100KVA, it can apply for direct low voltage supply of the low voltage power supply network. Large user who take in power at 35KV or 110KV must install their own transformer for stepping down of power supply. Different frequency and voltage can be provided. • In the zone, two water plants with a daily capacity of 550,000tons/day . The water quality reaches the standard of country’s drinking water. The water pressure of the water supply pipe network is 3KG. • The treatment capacity of Jiaxing Waste Water Treatment plant:600,000 ton/day. All kinds of waste water shall be discharged into the sewage pipelines in the development zone. • Steam supply: the rated steam volume is 200 ton/h, the pressure of steam supply is 0.6-0.7MPA/s, the temperature is about 250℃. Special customer requirements can be met through negotiation. • Natural gas supply: pressure 0.3MPA, high calorific value 9420Kcal/m2 low calorific value 8632Kcal/m2. • All Telecommunication services is available. • Workshops for heavy industry and light industry are available in JXEDZ
