Highlights of Gaudí life • Gaudí was born on 25th June 1852 and died on the 10th June 1926. • Gaudí became a famous architect by being an individual artist and thinking outside the box, and that is how he created the trencadis technique. • After that Gaudí got on to the Catalan Modernista movement trying to make a difference in art around the country. • Gaudí reached his peak in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and his work was very different to the artist at that time.
