  1. Treating Stress Costs Billions • Medications for headaches, insomnia, anxiety, nervousness, food cravings, depression, aches in the body are a multi-billion dollar industry. • The medical industry remains frustrated while millions remain unhealthy

  2. How do you relax? • Meditation • Visualization • Breathing exercises (4-7-8) • Prayer • Lifestyle changes OR • Drugs, chocolate, drinking, gambling, etc.

  3. What do you stress about? • Do you dwell on worries while trying to get to sleep? • Does nervousness make your mind go blank when you need to perform? • Is your stress at Work? Home? Finances? Kids? Health?
