  4. Age-friendly design • Fully DDA compliant • Kitchen windows – street feel • Different coloured floors • Sitting areas • Fob-activated doors • Wet rooms • Assisted bathroom

  5. On site Facilities • 40 x 2 bedroom apartments (rent) • Communal lounge Wii-Fit. • Hairdressing salon • Multi-purpose room. • Assisted bathroom • Touch screen computers • Large screen for notices

  9. Charges • Rent £108.63 • Eligible Service Charge £38.06 • Supporting People £16.18 • Ineligible Service Charge £5.00 • Most tenants are entitled to full HB.
