  3. FY15 accomplishments to date • Deeds (Trust to Trust) - 0 • 3 F2T acquisitions & 2729.26 acres • Leases - 15 • Mortgages - 11 • ROWs - 6 • Number of appeals processed and status - 26 Appeals (2 Pending ASIA, 13 Pending IBIA, 11Pending MRO)

  4. Realty-related challenges or issues the agency has been experiencing, if any.  • Expiring ROW • Bad Debt Collections • Staffing/Budget • Title Opinions • What are we doing to address these unique issues?

Vacancies to be filled: • Realty Specialist, A&D • Lockbox Coordinator • Success story(s) • 1,553 acres of the former Badger Army Ammunition Plant, Sauk County, Wisconsin, transferred from Department of Defense to the United States in Trust for the Ho-Chunk Nation pursuant to the National Defense Authorization Act, signed into law on December 19, 2014 (H.R. 3979-562, Subtitle G-Trust Lands, Section 3078). Recorded in the Land Titles and Records Office on May 20, 2015.
