  2. Dates of Trip • Depart Haverling: • Friday, April 19th (early morning) • Return to Haverling: • Sunday, April 21st (early evening)

  3. Holiday Inn, Hasbrouck Hts, NJ

  4. Friday April 19th • 12:00 pm – estimated arrival in NYC • Sightseeing: Upper Manhattan , Central Park, Times Square • 6:00 pm - Dinner @ Jekyll & Hyde • 7:15ish – Broadway Show – Newsies • 10:00 – Arrive @ Hotel and remain for night

  5. Saturday April 20th • 8:45 am – arrive @ NBC Studios (Rockefeller Center) • 10:15 am – travel through midtown and lower Manhattan, including Chinatown, Little Italy, Greenwich Village, Wall Street and the financial district • 3:45 – return to hotel to change • 5:30 – depart for Dinner Cruise • 11:00 – return to hotel

  6. Sunday April 21st • 8:15 am – check out of hotel, travel to Liberty St. Park • 9:30 am – Board ferry to Ellis Island • Visit Statue of Liberty • 12:30 am – depart for Bath • 7:15 pm – estimated arrival in Bath

Cost$545 per person based on 40-51 students and 4 chaperones PER BUS$569 per person based on 35-39 students and 4 chaperones PER BUS$599 per person based on 30-34 students and 4 chaperones PER BUS$639 per person based on 26-29 students and 4 chaperones PER BUS • Price includes: • BUS • Hotel • Sightseeing (NBC Studio tour) • Local NYC guide • Security guide @ hotel • Hotel/restaurant taxes & gratuities • 2 dinners • Newsies ticket

  8. Cost • What is NOT included: • Meals (lunches, breakfasts) • Items of a personal nature • How much money should I bring? • $30 per day

  9. Student Responsibilities • Behavior • OSS or ISS between 1/29/13-4/19/13, INELIGIBLE

  10. Student Responsibilities • Academics • Failing 2 or more classes at the end of the 4th marking period (March 8, 2013), INELIGIBLE

  11. Student Responsibilities • Attendance • Reaches Stage 2 of the attendance policy (by April 12), INELIGIBLE • Stage 2: • 10 absences for a class that meets daily • 5 absences for a class that meets every other day

Senior Trip Rules • Refer to handout • Be ON TIME at checkpoints • Remain in rooms @ assigned times • Do not leave our floor, or hotel without permission • Remain with another student at all times • No switching rooms • YOU are RESPONSIBLE for your belongings – pack wisely • ALL luggage will be checked by chaperones • Rooms will be checked each evening

  13. Senior Trip Rules • If your son/daughter is not in attendance tonight, it is your responsibility to review the rules with them

  14. Class Points • Value of $2 per point • Points can be used towards trip payments, yearbook, prom tickets and/or pictures • Students can transfer unused Spanish/French Club points to their class account. • Deadline is: November 20th

  15. Important Dates • November 12: Cookie Dough Orders DUE • December 13: Cookie Dough Delivered • March 22 & 23: Senior Musical • May 4: Jr./Sr. Prom • May 31: Yearbook Assembly • June 20: Baccalaureate • June 22: Graduation
