(a) 2012 annual true-up ($0.92) + variance between 2011 and 2012 true-ups $1.58 = $0.66 Note: The RNS rate above reflects the impact of transmission projects and does not reflect rate reductions associated with 1) Congestion Charges, 2) Daily Reliability Payments and 3) Reliability Must Run Agreements.
