  1. Ocean Biome By Iris and Payton This is a dolphin. Here is a group of jellyfish.

  2. Animals • There are different animals in the oceans all around the world. Theses animals include dolphins, seahorses, jellyfish, and all different kinds of fish. Here is a school of fish. This is a seahorse.

  3. Plants • Unlike animals, there are very few kinds of plants. One example of the few plants include seaweed. This is a picture of a seaweed plant.

  4. Climate • The climate of the ocean varies according to the amount of light, saltiness, and depth. • The oceans also may have some volcanic openings that would also affect climate. This is an example of a volcanic opening.

  5. This is what the ocean looks like from the top. Fun Facts • There are 5 different oceans, The Atlantic ocean, Pacific ocean, Indian ocean, arctic ocean, and Southern ocean. • As you would expect you can find oceans at the beaches or between the different continents. • The Atlantic ocean is the saltiest ocean. • The Southern ocean is sometimes considered an extension of the Pacific, Atlantic, and Indian Oceans.

  6. Fun Facts(continued) • In the Southern Ocean, the ice may evaporate, causing the salt to fall to the ocean floor. Then the salt mixes with other chemicals and creates a mushy substance. • The Pacific is the largest ocean. • This is a map of the worlds oceans, even though they have different names ,they are all the same mass of water.
