  5. 2-1-1 Database • Over 9,000 agencies listed as of 2012 • Over 23,000 services listed as of 2012 • All 2-1-1 call centers in Minnesota use the same database and have access to all of the agencies and services in it • Searchable by name, type of service, area served and/or physical location

  6. 2-1-1 Resources in Wisconsin • Agencies physically located in Douglas, Pierce, Polk and Saint Croix counties can be found at http://www.211unitedway.org • Agencies physically located in Wisconsin outside of the above counties that serve everyone in the state can be found at http://www.referweb.net/grir/ • Call 2-1-1 for resources available anywhere in Wisconsin

  7. 2012 Referrals • Over 250,000 calls were received in 2012 • Nearly 450,000 referrals were made • In 2012, 136 calls came in from Pierce County residents and 297 referrals were made • 15% of all callers are first time callers

  26. Website Tools for Professionals • Registration, login and profile creation for professional users • Agency staff can request updates to be made to their agency’s information in the database • Save favorite searches • View recent searches in historical format
