OEC UPDATE • Current Chair- Franklyn Nye Current Vice Chair- Josh Phillips Update On Meetings and time spent by Members: • All conference calls are being done by webinar to provide learning's. we currently have calls once per month. • Having the 4 required meeting per year. All in Louisville. These are 2 day meetings. • Additional Calls as requested by the Chair or KFCC

  3. CFF and FSC Update • CFF scores have stalled across the country based off information from KFC. Complexity drives lower performance.

CFF/FSC continued • Changes proposed for 2013 * Reduce Number of Points in Cleanliness to 12 (Six 2 point questions) * Increase number of points in Fresh Food section to 40 (Five questions) * There will be 20 Points in the Always reliable section (Three questions) * There will also be 28 points in the Service section (Six Questions) * Continue the process of 4 CFF per year with two FSC per year (FIRST CFF OF 2013 will be ANNOUNCED) * CORE will be added to two KT CFF evaluations per year. (opposite FSC) • .FSC- No changes for 2013 have been shared yet. The operator will still pay for all FSC re-audits and three failures still creates default. • We have continued to improve year after year.

  6. OTHER INFORMATION • Voice of the Customer will be replacing the current CHAMPS program. This will be the same type of customer call in survey using different measurement tools. More to come! • Manager certification testing- KFCC is looking at how they will evaluate the manager in charge and if they are qualified to lead. This was discussed briefly at the Louisville meeting. The OEC will see criteria in November and will report.
