  2. “A School Can Make or Break a Child” Interview OF Neeta Bali Principal Kasiga School

  3. Please share a brief about your school. Kasiga is a school, which is running both the CBSE and the international curriculum. It is spread over 40 acres of land with the best possible infrastructure and state of art facilities, which includes a fantastic sports complex. The sports complex incorporates a swimming pool, a wonderful cricket field, soccer and tennis courts along with a shooting range, which is a bit unusual in schools.

  4. Apart form that academic excellence is what Kasiga emphasizes on. Excellent pastoral care, intense academic focus and a great combination of both the national as well as international curriculum make Kasiga a great package for the students.

  5. What brings you to Nepal? I believe people of Nepal are looking for good boarding schools to send their children to and this fair is a wonderful opportunity to present us here. We believe in building global citizens and Nepal is a very good destination as a feeder to a school like ours. With Indian values synchronizing well with those of Nepal, children are not alienated. So they get a similar environment with a slight edge in all respects.

  6. How healthy is the competition among the Indian schools at present? Each school has a vision, a philosophy and a way of functioning. You cannot therefore compare between any two schools. However, I do not deem any other school as competition to Kasiga. I am sure that we are amongst the best in this field considering the facilities we are offering.

  7. Tips for choosing a good school….. Choosing a school is something that has to be done very carefully and judiciously. It’s a huge leap of faith. It’s as if you are casting a vote in favor of somebody. Before making a choice of school, parents need to be aware enough to ensure that their values and the values of the school are in harmony with each other so that home and school can work in synchronicity.

  8. In case the values are conflicting, it can be a difficult situation for both the children and parents. Things such as infrastructure, facilities, value system engrained, the vision plus the interest that the promoters take are some of the things that parents need to have acquaintance of.
