Trivedi is a partner in Skadden's London office who divides his time between the London and Moscow offices.  Mr. Trivedi's practice focuses on international corporate finance including, initial public offerings and privatizations, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity.  Before joining the London office in 1997, Mr. Trivedi practiced for several years in the firm's Moscow office.  In Moscow, Mr. Trivedi represents U.S. and Western European companies in corporate finance and M&A transactions involving companies throughout Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia.  Skadden's Moscow practice was named “M&A Firm of the Year 2010” at the fourth annual European M&A Awards, organised by the Financial Times and mergermarket. Mr. Trivedi's experience in privatization matters includes advising, among others: the Government of the Republic of South Africa’s privatization of Telkom SA Limited, the South African incumbent fixed-line telecommunications operator, conducted through an IPO of Telkom's ordinary shares; the privatization of Telenor ASA, the Norwegian incumbent fixed-line telecommunications operator, conducted through an IPO of Telenor's ordinary shares; the US$18 billion IPO of shares of Enel S.p.A., the Italian state-owned power company, which is one of the largest global privatizations to date;

Amongst others, Daniela has a working experience with: Central European Clients (France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Uk) Asian countries (Mongolia) Middle Eastern Countries Miha Košak Executive Director, CEE Coverage, VTB Capital PLC, London Key Qualifications: Miha Košak has over 20 years of corporate finance, privatisation and investment banking experience with leading international financial organizations, including Credit Suisse Boston, Citigroup and UBS before joining VTB Capital in 2012. Miha covers the CEE region within Global Banking and throughout his career has been involved in privatization advisory, ECM and DCM transactions valued at over USD50bn.
