Step 1: Follow the link below for immediate access to the COE UG Progress Report page.(Note: Only Program Area Coordinators have been granted access to these data screens.)https://reports.intra.ecu.edu/Reports/Pages/Folder.aspx?ItemPath=%2fecuBIC%2fStudent%2fCollege+of+Education%2fAssessment%2fProgress+Reports&ViewMode=List

  3. Step 2: Choose the file labeled “Progress Report 4”

  4. Step 3: Select the Academic Period from the drop down menu.(ex. Fall 2010)

  5. Step 4: Select the UG Program Area(s) from the drop down menu.(Note: Program Area Coordinators who are responsible for more than one program are able to choose multiple areas at one time.)

  6. Step 5: Click on the “View Report” button in the top right corner of the report.

  7. The generated report will appear as seen below.(Note: The column labeled “Visit” refers to the fourth internship observation visit. Also, students who have received scores of all zeros may not have passed or completed the Senior II internship semester.

  8. Exporting the Report into Excel:Step 1: Click on the blue diskette icon at the top of the report toolbar and choose Excel from the drop down menu.Step 2: Save the file to the desired location. You will now be able to manipulate/filter the columns as an Excel spreadsheet.
