  1. 8.12 The (appointed) Committee to Review the NPSS Constitution and By-Laws has a plan that will bring material to the AdCom for discussion and review in March 2010. • The Committee has three “agenda” items to consider. • General review and updating the text of the C&BL, as needed • Bringing a recommendation to AdCom for the Field of Interest Statement • Other specific topics that the Society may identify. • The Committee hopes to have: • Field of Interest material to you early in January, for comment • Field of Interest discussion in March – with action to send to S/C presidents and TAB after the March Ad Com Meeting. • C&BL text modification to you in February for your review prior to AdCom March meeting, discussion as needed. • Action on C&BL at July (Denver) Ad Com. • Committee Membership • Peter Clout <clout@vista-control.com>, • Steven H.
