  3. The Clearinghouse Mission We serve the education community by facilitating the exchange and understanding of student enrollment, performance, and related information

Clearinghouse collects credit card payment information. 4. School reviews order & prints/sends transcript(s) or transmits it via EDI to SPEEDE-enabled institutions 5.
