Kadai paneer Dhaba style is a dish which is a combination of mixed spices (masala) and paneer (cottage cheese) and spices I meant spicy spices along with veggies like onion, capsicum and tomato. Yum isn’t it? This dish is consumed with Indian bread (naan or parathas) The Indian spices play an important role in making the ​Kadai paneer Dhaba style​ exotic and special. The paneer (cottage cheese) soaks up the flavors of the spices and melts in your mouth leaving its vibe and taste. So now as you have imagined this dish in your mind, let’s put in on your plate! So here we go and teach you how to make Kadai paneer​ Dhaba style. The Ingredients you need:- · 1 ½ teaspoon of coriander seeds

  2. · 4-5 dried red chilies/dried Kashmiri chilies · 2-3 Green Chillies · 200 grams or 1 ½ cups of paneer (cottage cheese) · 3-4 teaspoons of oil or ghee · 2-3 onions, finely chopped · 1 tomato, puree (paste) · 1 tomato, finely chopped · 1 capsicum/bell peppers, finely chopped and square cut · 2-3 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste · 2-3 Bay leaves (tej patta) · 1 teaspoon garam masala · 1 teaspoon chicken masala (optional) · 1 teaspoon daniya powder (coriander powder) · 1 teaspoon Salt as per taste · 1 cup water (250 ml) · Coriander leaves for garnish · 1 teaspoon kasoori methi (dry fenugreek leaves) · ½ teaspoon of butter or cream The dries spices like dried red chilies, karoori methi, dry fenugreek leaves, coriander powder, garam masala. It’s amazing how much difference these spices can make to a dish. They really make the flavors pop and if its fresh ground spices then voila! The fresh spices makes this dish super flavorful. Instructions Dry Spice Mix 1. Take all the dry spices and dry roast them on low heat till fragrant.

  3. 2. Let them cool and then Grind into Coarse powder. For Gravy 1. In a pan add oil or ghee, Bay leaves, and Dry Red Chillies. Cook for 30 seconds. 2. Add ginger, garlic, and Green Chillies. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes or till the aroma of raw ginger disappears. 3. Now add Capsicum (finely chopped) and Cook till they are a little soft. 4. Now add finely chopped Onions and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. 5. Add Square cut Capsicum and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes or till the green peppers are cooked well. 6. Now add Tomato paste, Salt, Turmeric, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, and the Dry Spice Mix and other spices. Cook well. 7. Now add cream and stir for a min and Water. Mix and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. 8. Finally, Add Paneer. Cover with lid and cook on low for 10 minutes 9. Add the coriander leaves or kasoori methi leaves at the end for garnish. Serve hot with naan, roti, or any Indian bread! Additional Tips- · Fry the paneer in a pan with butter until it turns golden brown. Add these paneer cubes to the gravy and simmer for 3-4 minutes for earthy taste. · If you feel your gravy is a bit too spicy, you can add ½ teaspoon of butter or cream.
