  19. Multidisciplinarity concerns itself with studying a research topic in not just one discipline only, but in several at the same time. Any topic in question will ultimately be enriched by incorporating the perspectives of several disciplines.Multidisciplinarity brings a plus to the discipline in question, but this “plus” is always in the exclusive service of the home discipline. In other words, the multidisciplinary approach overflows disciplinary boundaries while its goal remains limited to the framework of disciplinary research.BasarabNicolescu: Transdisciplinarity –Past, Present, and Futurehttp://basarab.nicolescu.perso.sfr.fr/Basarab/Docs_articles/Worldviews2006.htm

  20. Interdisciplinarity has a different goal than multidisciplinarity. It concerns the transfer of methods from one discipline to another. Like multidisciplinarity, interdisciplinarity overflows the disciplines, but its goal still remains within the framework of disciplinary research. Interdisciplinarity has even the capacity of generating new disciplines, like quantum cosmology and chaos theory.

  21. Transdisciplinarity concerns that which is at once between the disciplines, across the different disciplines, and beyond all discipline. Its goal is the understanding of the present world, of which one of the imperatives is the unity of knowledge. The three axioms formulated by Galileo Galilei in Dialogue on the Great World Systems [modern scientific paradigm]:1. There are universal laws, of a mathematical character.2. These laws can be discovered by scientific experiment. 3. Such experiments can be perfectly replicated.

  22. MATRIX OF EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING IMPROVEMENT POSSIBILITIES Victor Mercader Each program may associate their needs and design their solutions according this Matrix of Possibilities for Training and Improvement. Adaptability and Functionality for every Organization and for its processes are a core clue. “When ethical values are recognized and applied as the roots of any process and goal, the only possible result is balanced and useful success”.
