The Vision • Directly support the Admissions Vision Statement: • The most professional admissions office and the greatest place to work • Admissions Advisory Council purpose: • Gather diversity of thought, background, and experience to provide ALO-centered communication and executable counsel to the USAFA Director of Admissions regarding inclusion, outreach, and program effectiveness • Not a simple recombination of two panels, rather a new construct to maximize the strengths of both: • Utilize the legitimacy of the DAP • Coupled with the LOD/Regional Rep relationship of the AAP

Executive Team Director of Admissions The Council Information & Analysis Team Inclusion Team & Think Tank VISION: Gather diversity of thought, background, and experience to provide ALO-centered communication and executable counsel to the USAFA Director of Admissions regarding inclusion, outreach, and program effectiveness Colonels Team Training Team Operations Team

The Teams • Executive Team:Chair and Vice-Chair; primary interface with RR, and RRL; oversees function of Council; Vice-Chair is lead for the Operations Group • Inclusion Team and Think Tank:Mix of ALO and non-ALO members; strategic thought on diversity; guide Executive and Operations; interface with academia, gov’t and corporate knowledge base; advocate for inclusion and outreach initiatives • Operations Team:Five regional ALO members; Executive’s link to the 67 LODs; mission execution node; “At Large” member • Training Team:National Training Program lead; responsible for the ALO Handbook; assists Deputy RRL with NTP

The Teams(con’td) • Information and Analysis Team:Responsible for data gathering, analysis, & strategic use of modern information tools; includes new marketing position to leverage information to maximize ALO exposure and participation with Admissions initiatives; actively engage with USAFA Marketing and Media • Colonels Team:ALO O-6’s to serve as spokesmen for key initiatives at the direction of RR and the Chair; ensure ALO voice on Boards, DTs, AOG, etc.
